Development
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. Code continuously tested, versioned on Git, deployed to staging each sprint. You see the product progress, you give feedback, we adjust.

Testing & Validation
Before any production deployment: load testing, full security audit (OWASP Top 10), business validation with your teams. We do not deploy until acceptance is signed.
